You will find the historic brewer of Schlenkerla smoked beer in the middle of the old town of Bamberg, under the imposing cathedral. It was reportedly founded in 1405 and is run by the Trum family. Schlenkerla smoked beer is a very dark 'marzen' beer with a strong smoky aroma, still served at the historic beer tavern in the town directly from the wooden casks.
SCHLENKERLA MARZEN, SMOKED

SCHLENKERLA RAUCHWEIZEN, Ale
